Terms of Service

• You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction to use the Service.
• By accessing or using the Service, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
• If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

• On‑device storage: Your measurements are stored locally on your device using Apple's secure storage technologies.
• Measurement capture: You can enter measurements manually or capture them using your device's camera for on‑device processing. Photos captured for recognition are processed on‑device and are not automatically saved to your photo library or uploaded by Pulsync.
• Apple Health integration (write‑only): With your explicit permission, Pulsync can write measurements (e.g., blood pressure, blood glucose, heart rate, temperature, weight, oxygen saturation, steps) to Apple Health. Pulsync does not read your data from Apple Health.
• Exports you initiate: You can export your measurements as a CSV file via the iOS share sheet. Once exported, handling of that file is governed by the destination app or service's policies.
• No user accounts: Pulsync does not require or provide user accounts to use the app.
• No subscriptions: Pulsync does not currently offer subscription plans or in‑app purchases.

• We handle your information as described in our Privacy Policy.
• You control permissions for camera access and Apple Health writes via iOS Settings and the Health app.
• Because data is stored locally, you are responsible for managing, backing up, exporting, or deleting your data as needed.

We grant you a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, revocable license to install and use the Service on devices you own or control, solely for personal, non‑commercial use and in accordance with these Terms.

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service, except where such restrictions are prohibited by law.
• Interfere with or circumvent any security features of the Service.
• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
• Upload or share content you do not have the rights to, or that infringes third‑party rights.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to harm or attempt to harm minors.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Service or any networks connected to the Service.
• Use the Service in any manner that could disable, overburden, or impair the Service.

• The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Pulsync and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
• You retain ownership of your data and content you input or generate using the Service.

• Apple Health: If you enable Apple Health integration, your measurements may be written to Apple Health on your device. Apple manages Health data under its own policies. You control these permissions in the Health app.
• Share destinations: If you export or share data to another app or service (e.g., Mail, Files, iCloud Drive), that app or service's terms and privacy policy apply.

• We may update or modify the Service, or discontinue features, at any time without prior notice.
• We may also update these Terms. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.

• We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause or notice, including for any violation of these Terms.
• Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Termination does not affect any rights or obligations accrued prior to termination.

• The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non‑infringement.
• We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error‑free, secure, or that defects will be corrected.
• We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information in the Service. Any reliance you place on such information is strictly at your own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall Pulsync, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or related to:

• Your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Service;
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service;
• Any content obtained from the Service; or
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of liability for incidental or consequential damages; the above limitations may not apply to you to the extent prohibited by law.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Pulsync and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way connected with:

• Your access to or use of the Service;
• Your violation of these Terms; or
• Your violation of any third‑party right, including any intellectual property or privacy right.

• These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
• You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction and venue of the courts located in Delhi to resolve any dispute or claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Service.
• If required by your platform's terms (e.g., Apple's App Store), certain third‑party beneficiary provisions may apply.
